In 2009, over 350 progressives gathered to kick off Netroots Minnesota, a regional conference of Netroots Nation. The conference was an opportunity to strengthen our community, inspire action, and serve as an incubator for ideas that challenge the status quo and ultimately bring change to the public sphere.
That's why we want to do it again.
Alliance for a Better Minnesota is organizing Netroots Minnesota 2011 to give progressives a space to have a strategic conversation about building progressive power across the state.
Much like the annual national Netroots Nation conference, Netroots Minnesota will have trainings, panels, and plenty of opportunities to learn, re-charge, socialize, and strategize with other progressives.
