Specifically, online video consumption is soaring, and YouTube provides a powerful way for organizations, individuals, candidates, and causes to share stories and raise awareness. Zach Wineburg is a member Google’s Democratic Elections & Advocacy team, supporting candidates, committees, and causes in communicating their message to the right audiences by utilizing Google & YouTube’s suite of tools and products.
Zach is a veteran in mobilization and campaign management, who has worked on elections at every level – from municipal to Congressional, Senate, Gubernatorial, and Presidential. With stints at the Democratic Senate Campaign Committee (DSCC) and at Democratic Governor’s Association (DGA), Zach has also served as campaign manager for Congresswoman Gabby Giffords’ successful reelection in 2008, and as the Obama campaign’s GOTV Director in the battleground state of Iowa in 2012.
