Session Type(s): Training
Training Tag(s): Communications
Starts: Friday, Oct. 8 2:15 PM (Eastern)
Ends: Friday, Oct. 8 3:15 PM (Eastern)
How do you come across when you communicate—and how could you be more effective? We’ll introduce presentation practices and principles that will help with a range of scenarios: doing media interviews, shooting direct-to-camera video, presenting slide decks, knocking on doors, even working in the ubiquitous zoomscape. We’ll cover body language basics and some choice rhetorical techniques. More importantly, we’ll help you recognize subtle things that sway audience judgements—and help you present yourself authentically. You will never give a boring slide presentation or shoot a mortifying direct-to-camera video again.
