If you’re looking to build your mobile list, then this is the training for you! We’ll cover various strategies to add new subscribers to your texting program in and how to keep them engaged. Adding new subscribers to email programs for many feels like second nature. How can we work towards making mobile second nature as well? We’ll go through adding the ask for mobile to various digital channels many orgs already operate in, testing your messaging and how to incorporate your learnings going forward all while keeping new subscribers engaged.

Before coming to Upland, I was Coordinator of Digital Advocacy and Fundraising at NRDC, where I managed NRDC and the NRDC Action Fund’s text messaging programs (both broadcast and p2p), transforming it into a robust engagement and fundraising channel for the organization. In this capacity, I have extensive expertise in building texting programs as well as the Mobile Commons platform. I’m also an MPA graduate with a concentration in policy and analysis, and I’m based in the beautiful Hudson Valley area north of NYC.
