Netroots Nation 2024 Media Information

⭐ How do I check in and receive my press badge?

  • Media Check-in will open at 8am on Thursday July 11, 8am on Fri. July 12 and 9am on July 13. Please note there will be no early Media Check-in available on Wednesday, July 10.
  • When you arrive at the Baltimore Convention Center, head to the 1st Level and follow signs to Registration. Once you get there, proceed to the Media Check-in table next to General Registration.
  • Please be prepared to show your ID to staff, who will check you in and give you a physical press badge.
  • If you have colleagues who would like to be credentialed, please have them fill out the Press Credential Form.

⭐ Which areas are reserved for press?

  • During the Thursday, Friday, and Saturday keynotes, press may utilize the Press Risers in Hall A (Convention Center 1st Level). We’ll have a multbox and power for media use on a first come first served basis.
  • There is a speaker room/media filing room if you need a space to work, or hold interviews. This room is on the 3rd floor in Room 313.

How do I set up at Media Row?

  • Pick up your press badges at Media-Check-in, then head to Radio Row which is located on the Baltimore Convention Center 1st Level, across from Registration in front of Hall A.
  • There will be power outlets and a wired internet connection to share. Those who don’t need a wired connection can access the wifi (login information will be posted in the Registration area).

What is the program schedule?

Which speakers are available for interview?

  • The Netroots Media team is putting together a media lookbook of key speakers and attendees at this year’s conference that will be available on Tuesday, July 9.
  • To request an interview with a speaker from the lookbook or an elected official in attendance, please email us at netroots@pacificastrategies.com with a summary of your request and medium of the interview (recorded in-person, phone, zoom, quote via email, etc)
  • You may also connect with panelists or Netroots attendees through the message feature of the conference app.

How do I access livestreams or recordings?

  • On the Socio app, programming with the red tag ‘STREM’ indicates the live streaming option. Recordings will be available within the Socio App. Keynotes and featured panels will also be shared on the Netroots Nation Youtube channel. If you’re interested in a downloadable file, email our Media team at netroots@pacificastrategies.com and we can share a streaming link and recorded link shortly after the streamed program concludes.
