The rules for texting change a lot. The carriers (TMobile, AT&T & Verizon) released some major updates in 2020 and 2021 that will affect how campaigns and nonprofit organizations use both broadcast and peer-to-peer texting. Find out what you need to know to make sure your messages are delivered to your target audiences.
