With 2022 advocacy, fundraising and GOTV outreach campaigns around the corner, we all know text messaging (SMS/MMS) will be front and center as a component of most campaign strategies. Whether you are using broadcast, peer-to-peer texting, or both, this training will cover best practices and how to determine strategy, content, and messaging that will have an impact. We’ll also answer the following questions: What should I be testing? How do I make sure my messages get through? How many messages are too much? How do I get my supporters to engage?
