Relational organizing is grounded in organizing with the people you know and with whom you have an existing relationship. In this training, we will create a frame of organizing for your base-building period and times when elections are not your focus. You’ll learn how to define the elements and conditions necessary to build a successful volunteer relational program and when incentivized programs may be appropriate. You’ll also have a chance to workshop challenges and roadblocks as a group.
