Claire Low is the Targeting and Analytics Director for the National Democratic Redistricting Committee, whose goal is a fair redistricting process and maps that reflect the will of the voters. In her role, Claire monitors electoral and demographic trends and conducts analysis of down-ballot races relevant to redistricting. Claire served as the Targeting and Analytics Director for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee prior to joining NDRC, where she led the analytics team that guided Democrats to victory in 2018. In 2016, she advised winning Congressional campaigns in California and Nevada as a DCCC Regional Targeting Director. Claire started her career providing persuasion mail to hundreds of federal, statewide and local clients. She graduated summa cum laude from The George Washington University with a B.A. in political communication.
