Hallie is a specialist in campaign field operations and the data and technology infrastructure that supports them. In 2012, she co-founded The Target Labs, a firm that provides predictive modeling and data analytics to progressive campaigns and non-profit organizations. Previously, Hallie co-founded the League of Young Voters, led field operations in five states for the 2008 Obama campaign, and consulted for organizations including New Media Ventures, Organizer, and 50+1 Strategies. She also loves to sing.
