Kaori Sueyoshi graduated in May 2015 from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration from Kenan-Flagler Business School, a second major in Political Science, and a minor in Public Policy. She serves on the Board of Directors of SisterSong, a Women of Color Reproductive Justice Collective. In college, she founded Students United for Reproductive Justice (SURJ) and VDAY: The Coalition Against Violence Towards Women and Girls on her campus. She was born and raised in Chapel Hill, and from 2013-2015 she served as a board member for the Town of Chapel Hill's Justice in Action Committee. Recently, she started work as a Business Intelligence Analyst for Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Kaori is a first-generation Japanese-American. In her free time, she likes to daydream about her mother's cooking and look for four-leaf clovers.
