Noah Theriault
Volunteer
Casa San Jose

Noah is a scholar, educator, and activist, who works as an anthropology professor at Carnegie Mellon University and volunteers at Casa San Jose. From his research with diverse communities and his engagement with organizations like Casa, he has learned that the struggle for a more just world is happening all around us, all the time, including in our everyday lives as kin, workers, and community members. Our choice is not whether or not to enter the fray, but only which side we want to be on. Noah is so grateful for what he has learned from Casa staff and fellow volunteers, especially Laura, Veronica, and Ruth.
